about me: my method

I am a self taught photographic artist, living and working in London. I was born in 1978 and began selling artwork aged nineteen. I use a 1976 Canon SLR camera, a few lenses and some home-made and adapted equipment. I enjoy this aspect of my process and only use computers to communicate my work - NOT to create or alter it.

The ingredients for my photos are found, borrowed, customised or made from scratch. Piecing together the components of a scene or image is a slow and evolving process - usually done late at night in a black cocoon. The gallery contains a selection of work done in the last seven years. I prefer the viewer to reach their own individual opinion on what they see rather than being influenced by any titles.
